Job Summary The Implementation Resource Manager will oversee the allocation, utilization, and development of Implementation personnel and resources. This role is critical in ensuring that delivery projects are staffed effectively, resources are optimized, and business objectives are met on time and within budget. Requirements: Essential Functions: Resource Planning & Allocation: - Manage the assignment of implementation team members to projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements. - Maintain a real-time view of resource capacity and forecast future needs. - Identify and resolve delivery resource conflicts or bottlenecks Workforce Management: - Collaborate with HR and department leads to recruit, onboard, and retain implementation team members. - Monitor performance and support professional development of implementation team members Reporting & Analytics: - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on resource utilization, productivity, and capacity planning. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency.
