Role Overview: The Assistant Site Director - Grocery Stores oversees daily store operations by maintaining a safe, compliant, and well‑staffed environment; managing inventory and administrative processes; supporting facility and customer issue resolution; collaborating across functions; and leading a high‑performing team through clear goals, feedback, and a positive, mission‑driven culture.
