About the Role: The Manufacturing Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing operations during a specific shift in a manufacturing facility. Their primary goal is to ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while meeting quality and productivity targets. In addition, the Lead will work as a Fabricator and will read and interpret work orders and blueprints to complete fabrication projects in a safe, quality and efficient manner. This position requires someone that is detail oriented with strong fabrication skills and the ability to complete routine to intricate projects.
