Qualified interns will have the opportunity to provide technical support to end-users, ensure the security and up-to-date status of the organization's desktop infrastructure, and participate in implementing IT security systems to protect against cyber-attacks. Interns will gain practical experience in IT support and information security, working in a collaborative environment with ample opportunities for learning and personal growth, contributing to the organization's IT operations and security initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist end-users in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
