Role Summary: The Cigna Group has an exciting opportunity for a strategic and outcomes-oriented communications professional to join our Enterprise Communications team. This role will lead the development and execution of the executive communications strategy for Cigna Healthcare’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO). Working closely with clinical and business leaders, responsibilities include building and delivering a comprehensive communications plan that supports Cigna Healthcare’s CMO leadership voice, strategy, and execution on behalf of those we serve. Key Responsibilities: · Develop executive communications strategy, platform and execute plans · Lead and develop a wide variety of executive communications such as speeches, presentations, conference materials, briefings, leadership messages, town hall meetings, organizational announcements, and intranet content, among others. · Collaborate with the Media Relations team on communication efforts and plans (media opportunities, conferences, etc.). · Ensure all communications and materials are consistent with the brand and culture. · Monitor and evaluate results of communications programs, using specific metrics to track progress and insig...
