Overview: Golden Key Group is seeking a Performance Management / Performance Pay Team Lead to oversee performance management and pay program support in accordance with PWS Section 3.0. The Team Lead will serve as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for all performance management activities and will provide subject matter expertise supporting the implementation and administration of performance evaluation and compensation programs.
