Summary: The Senior Contracts Analyst – Power Services is responsible for providing expertise and consultation in the analysis, evaluation, development, negotiation and drafting of the company's energy contract portfolio throughout the contract lifecycle. Acts as a liaison between APS and third parties, critically reviewing and analyzing contract payment terms, scope of work, and other appendices to identify legal and drafting issues, as well as potential impacts on operations or business unit needs. Provides oversight on contracts' status, milestones, financial aspects, and compliance, while fostering relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure contract compliance and improvement.
