This role plays a key part in attracting top veterinary talent by managing job board postings, executing recruitment marketing campaigns, and supporting employer branding initiatives that elevate Alliance Animal Health and our partner hospitals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating effective recruitment campaigns that connect veterinary professionals with meaningful career opportunities. This position works closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure job advertising efforts are timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.
