We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Appraisal team specific to our Arkansas CAMA Technology division. Summary of Role & Responsibilities: - Calculate the area of various geometric shapes - Accurately collect field data - Accurately measure residential structures, including associated ancillary structures - Clear (legible) & precise sketching of residential structures - Coding collected field data correctly & orderly - Cooperate with data entry on data coding issues - Collect field data within the time allotted - Use time effectively and efficiently - Manage paperwork effectively and efficiently - Research needed information - Research plats, property information, etc. - Research property information on the computer using ACT or other applicable software. - Travel as required to assist in the completion of other projects - Complete requi...
