Auto Parts Specialist Wage per hour: $14.00 per hour - Responsible for meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department - striving for the highest in customer relations. - Responsible for accurate inventory accounting. - Responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized department. - Communicate with customers on the telephone and at the counter in a professional manner. - Accurate invoicing and costing on all parts documents daily. - Timely ordering, shipping, receiving, and expediting of special orders. - Prepare shipping documents and packaging of whole goods requested by other departments. - Set - up showroom displays for merchandising. - Prepare documents for the return of damaged defective, cores, and warrantable parts in a timely manner. - Timely ordering, shipping, receiving, and expediting of special orders. - Prepare shipping documents and packaging of whole goods requested by other departments. - Place weekly/monthly stock orders - Assist in addressing complaints and resolving problems relating to Parts Department. - Assist Parts Manager in finding the best buys from outside suppliers. - Related duties as necessary for the accomplishment of the pos...
