Job Title Summer Adjunct Faculty in Electrical Engineering (On-Campus) Agency: Texas A&M International University Department: School Of Engineering Proposed Minimum Salary: Commensurate Job Location: Laredo, Texas Job Type: Faculty Job Description: The School of Engineering seeks to establish a pool of qualified applicants for future, part-time Adjunct Faculty appointments in Electrical Engineering. Successful applicants will primarily teach Principles of Electrical Engineering and Laboratory courses and may teach other foundational engineering courses in the future. Education and Experience: - Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline. - Previous experience teaching Principles of Electrical Engineering and Laboratory courses. - Previous teaching experience at the collegiate level. - Prior relevant industry experience. Preferred Qualifications: - An earned doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field with a minimum of 18 graduate hours.
