What you'll bring to the team Assistant Training & Compliance Manager Location: Thorpe Park, Chertsey, KT16 8PN Contract Type: Permanent, salaried: Hours: Full time, any 5 days out of 7, predominantly 9am-5pm (flexible) We are recruiting for an Assistant Training & Compliance Manager to join our AWESOME Technical Services Team! As Assistant Training & Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our Technical Services operation safe, compliant and future‑ready. You’ll help shape how training and compliance are delivered across the department, ensuring our engineering teams have the right skills, systems and support to perform at their best. You will be a visible and proactive presence, championing safety, driving continuous improvement and making sure standards aren’t just met, but consistently raised. From audits and inspections to training strategy and competency tracking, you’ll turn complex requirements into clear, workable solutions.
