Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals. Primary Responsibilities: - Answer parts phone calls. - Assist customers with their parts needs. - Issue parts to shop mechanics. - Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts. - Utilize parts data bases. * Research back-orders. - Research customer credit status. Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company. - Mechanical aptitude. - Familiarity with product line. - Customer service skills. - Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills. - Ability to learn new systems.
