Status Full-Time Standard Hours per Week: 40 Job Posting Category: Pharmacy: Job Posting Description: Position Summary: Under the direction of the VP, Chief Pharmacy & Therapeutics Officer, the Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer (ACPO) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical pharmacy programs and pharmacy operations at Boston Children’s Hospital. This role advances clinical excellence, medication safety, and quality outcomes across the enterprise while ensuring value and return on investment. The ACPO translates organizational priorities into departmental strategy, develops actionable plans and leads execution of both short- and long-term initiatives. This leader oversees multiple pharmacy service lines, drives continuous improvement in the safe, effective, and efficient use of medications, and strengthens the department’s clinical, academic, and research missions.
