Key duties include managing day-to-day office tasks, preparing and analyzing reports, assisting with HR processes such as onboarding and record maintenance, and fostering positive employee relations to ensure a collaborative work environment. A bachelor’s degree is required. Experience with an internship in Human Resources is strongly preferred.
