Alde Valley Academy are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Head of Year (Teaching) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented classroom practitioner who is passionate about pastoral leadership and committed to ensuring students achieve their full potential both academically and personally. You will lead and support a designated year group, providing strong pastoral care, promoting high expectations and fostering a positive culture of achievement, attendance and behaviour. Working closely with students, families, teaching staff and external agencies, the Head of Year will play a vital role in ensuring every student feels supported, challenged and valued.
