About this opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to support strategic financial planning and serve as a key finance partner across the organization. This role combines traditional FP&A leadership responsibilities with a unique opportunity to work closely with our Brazil entity , helping connect U.S. leadership with international operations. In this position, you will play an important role in financial planning, analysis, and operational decision-making , while also serving as a financial bridge between U.S. leadership and our Brazil entity . You will help translate business objectives, financial results, and operational insights across geographies, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is both a strong financial analyst and a collaborative partner—comfortable working across teams, cultures, and functions while delivering clear financial insight that supports strategic decision-making. This person needs to be fully fluent (written and speaking) at a professional level in both English and Portuguese.
