WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Manage and process incoming orders in our ERP system on a daily basis, while keeping an eye on the workload and managing the deadlines; Update the database in the ERP with new and existing customer data such as; Customer Information, add and change of customer data, compliance screening Pricing: Agreed discounts: Create and register various contracts for all Sales units. But also keeping all contract information up to date and inform our Sales colleagues about the current status of an agreement of if changes occur; Offer Sales system support to the sales organization. This includes answering questions per mail or on Teams as well as handling helpdesk tickets; Gather information throughout the company to complete supplier registrations and questionnaires and creating a database on which this information is available for future requests.
