The Opportunity: As an experienced Scrum Master within a SAFe environment, you’ll play a vital role in helping product teams deliver value consistently and predictably. We’re still maturing in our Agile journey, and this role is critical in taking us to the next level. You’ll go beyond facilitating ceremonies, you’ll actively coach teams and stakeholders to improve how we plan, prioritise and deliver, ensuring a strong focus on outcomes over activity. You’ll champion Scrum in a pragmatic way but always grounded in the Scrum Guide, helping teams apply it effectively in real-world situations. You’ll also work beyond the team level, identifying and addressing systemic impediments that impact delivery across the organisation. This is a predominantly home‑based role.
