Swing/Float Driver – Sanitary Disposal (Waste Connections Company) Location: Hermiston, Oregon: Schedule: Monday–Friday, start times 3:00 AM or 5:00 AM (9–11 hour days, overtime often) Compensation: $30.50 per hour While training for Transfer, Rear Load, Roll Off and Automated Side Load Routes, once all lines have been Safety Signed off on. The Rate will increase to $34.63/HR Position Overview: Sanitary Disposal, a Waste Connections Company, is seeking a safety‑conscious Swing/Float Driver to join our team in Hermiston, Oregon. This position provides coverage for multiple routes and truck types, including Rear Load, Front Load, and Automated Side Load garbage trucks. Swing Drivers fill in for vacations, sick days, and operational needs, requiring flexibility, strong safety awareness, and the ability to adapt quickly to different routes and equipment.
