Symbos is looking for an Account Director to own and grow key managed services relationships, starting with a large, complex and expanding client portfolio. This role is focused on relationship leadership, commercial ownership and long‑term growth, ensuring our clients feel supported, understood and confident in the partnership. This role isn't about operational day-to-day delivery, it's about making sure the relationship thrives, opportunities are identified early, and Symbos shows up as a proactive, trusted partner. What you’ll be doing;: - Own the senior relationship for strategic managed services clients - Establish a foundational role within a growing, successful organisation - Build trust with executive and senior stakeholders on the client side - Partner closely with Operations to align delivery with expectations - Identify opportunities to expand scope, services or capability over time - Lead commercial conversations around growth, change and renewal - Surface risks early and work collaboratively to resolve them What you’ll bring;: - Strong experience in account leadership, client management or commercial roles - Proven ability to manage large, complex or regulated client e...
