BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to join our Assistive Home Care office located in West Chester, PA . This office provides best in class care to adult clients throughout West Chester, PA and surrounding communities. Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager: - Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. - Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments - Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. - Supervise Home Health Aides in the field. - Facilitate new hire orientation. - Participate in the training of new caregivers and in-services for field staff.
