Description JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Clinical Educator collaborates with the Inpatient Director, Emergency Department Manager, Respiratory Services, Quality, and Infection Control teams to support nursing and clinical staff through orientation, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. Key duties include organizing continuing education programs, creating learning modules, performing needs assessments, and planning future educational initiatives. This role also coordinates training and competency validation for new equipment and maintains the hospital-wide web-based policies and procedures platform.
