Job Description The Project Manager, Digital Health will be responsible for strategic system implementation/integration initiatives. Overseeing all components of the project life cycle, inclusive of business proposals, procurement, planning, execution and delivery. Working closely in partnership and collaboration with external partners, hospital clinical and non-clinical operations to achieve successful end-user adoption. This role will work with a number of different internal and external stakeholders at all levels from executive to front-line staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven success track record on large-scale healthcare information technology (IT) system implementations, transformational change management, team building and coordinated execution. The incumbent will also have a good understanding of Ontario’s healthcare landscape in both the acute care and community care setting, and strategically apply solutions to existing challenges.
