Field Sales Representative - Crop Protection-Northeast Missouri The Crop Protection FSR will be responsible for sales goals and delivers a personalized customer experience by executing the Customer Engagement Process, acting as the owner of squad‑agreed business goals; identifies customer needs to develop the account plan and sales forecast; creates customized integrated solutions and presents articulated value propositions to customers; conducts negotiations and closes sales; provides personalized support to customers during the order and delivery process; executes demand generation activities to drive future sale...
