Academic Req: Required - Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or Social Sciences programs from an accredited university. Work experience: Required - Four (4) or more years’ experience with full lifecycle talent acquisition in a high-volume recruiting environment. Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Partner with hiring managers to understand the business, their talent needs and what it takes to be successful in each position. 2. Identify and recommend recruiting strategies and ideas to support our growing business. 3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition creation to candidate offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. 4. Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and appealing job descriptions that clearly define role expectations and qualifications. 5.
