SR. Talent Acquisition Specialist FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Location: Phoenix, AZ: Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00 an hour Position Summary: The Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mint Cannabis plays a critical role in driving the success of our recruiting efforts across multiple teams. This position focuses on sourcing, screening, and advancing candidates through the hiring process for high-volume retail, distribution, and other operational roles. In addition to recruiting, this role will support onboarding tasks for assigned hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to day one. This is a high-energy, high-volume role that requires attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
