A DAY IN THE LIFE: The HR Services Specialist is a key contributor to Blattner’s Human Resources Team. The HR Services Specialist will be the experts to complete transactional work within the HCM system of record and will ensure data integrity through auditing and reporting functions. STEP INTO THE ROLE: - Manages a queue of assigned workload and ensures timely processing. - Administers routine work and processes related to HR transactions, including but not limited to hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, job changes and terminations. - Conducts frequent auditing of all hires to ensure data integrity and compliance with title, pay, union designation, per diem eligibility, and other items within the HCM and payroll system of record. - Maintains understanding of employee data and its link to downstream processes or functions; reviews the HCM and payroll systems for accuracy; partners with cross functional teams for updates and analyze trends, when required.
