Job Description: - Excellent benefits including salary packaging - Truganina location - Full time, Fixed term until 30th of June 2027 About the Role: The Clinical Coordinator supports the St John’s Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and is primarily responsible for managing the nursing workforce and clinical operations of St John’s. The primary focus is on ensuring a high quality, evidence based and proactive provision of health care services that promotes a patient-centred approach to care. 1. Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and practical support to the nursing workforce, fostering a culture of professional development and continuous learning. 2. Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of education programs, ensuring staff are competent in safe clinical practice and familiar with local operational policies, procedures, and processes 3. Oversee the implementation of a comprehensive orientation program for all new staff, tailored to the unique requirements of the correctional health environment. 4.
