OVERVIEW: Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks an HR Data Analyst to join the Human Resources team. This role is hybrid, but you must be able to report into the New York City (SoHo) headquarters. Reporting to the Global Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations, the HR Data Analyst will support the Human Resources team with all reporting and analysis to assist with tracking to team KPI’s, monitoring the state of the employee population on a local, national and global level and assist with maintaining compliance within the HR Operations function. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate the monthly headcount reporting process across the regions, compiling data, checking for inconsistencies and submitting timely to group level C&B for the Marc Jacobs global organization - Manage the annual reporting process for the North American region - Coordinate quarterly and monthly internal KPI reporting for the HR team and cross functional business partners (Finance, Retail Operations, etc) - Manage annual participation in group lead salary surveys - Support the Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations with compensation benchmarking for t...
