WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU: The Director of Contract Strategy secondee is responsible for shaping all aspects of their assigned brands’ gross-to-net (GTN) including payer rebates, provider discounts, pricing decisions, and channel discounts. These gross-to-net levers impact millions of dollars in sales annually for a given brand. The Contract Strategist works directly with Brand Teams, Therapeutic Area Leaders, and US Payer and Channel Access stakeholders to lead the development and assessment of contracting strategies at the product and channel level (e.g. Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Hospital, and Specialty Pharmacy). WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE: Strategy development and channel assessments include internal and external research, analytics, and financial analyses to develop and support recommendations. Contract strategists support their assets throughout the product lifecycle (e.g., launch, post-launch, LOE). This role will support the Migraine BU.
