TITLE: Converting Operator C POSITION OBJECTIVE: Follow established quality guidelines to produce a product that meets criteria. QUALIFICATIONS: - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. - Packer experience preferred - High School graduate or equivalent - Oral and Written communication skills - Up to 50 lbs. lifting maximum - P.C. Knowledge - Mechanical Aptitude JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Start up and shut down equipment - Able to read, understand the charting order and run the order & pack accordingly - Able to perform line / QC checks and complete all paperwork including inspection log, timeline, and production ticket - Familiar with all PSB products and change out the MRs. - Assist Shift Lead - Adjust Core Alignment - Blade Adjustments - Housekeeping - Wrap up removal pressure roll. - Pack Finish Goods to Correct procedure - Wrap Up removal idle rollers. - Packaging material over 5’ - Hand Tools - Machine knowledge - Boxing, Accounting, and weighing of scrap. - Must have regular, reliable attendance...
