Role Summary: Manage people, process, machines, and activities related to the production area on 2nd shift, supporting and reporting to the Production Manager. The main goals are following the direction from the Production Manager, ensure compliance with the production schedule and timing, as well safety, productivity and standards of quality. Be the reference for the employee that work in the production area on 2nd shift, both as machine operator and leader. H&S must be a priority, as well as working in a safe environment.
