Operations Manager for Packaging and Customization Services (PACS) The Operations Manager for Packaging and Customization Services (PACS) is responsible for the execution of production operations within an assigned facility. This leader will uphold organizational policies and makes decisions guiding productivity, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production to achieve revenue and profit targets. Directs facility level support functions including finance, engineering, materials, quality assurance, and human resources. Ensures team member safety, security, training, and regulations are in place and aligned with GEODIS best practices. Responsible for all aspects of Operational Excellence throughout assigned facilities.
