ABOUT THE ROLE: As an Order Intake Associate at EOS IT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing, data accuracy, and high-quality customer service. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a team to support our customers and internal departments, efficiently. For customers, you will serve as a point of contact, assisting with queries about pricing, orders and deliveries and provide support for external sales representatives.
