Headquartered in Washington, DC, Dragonfli supports clients in securing mission-critical systems across on-site, hybrid, and fully remote environments. This contract Cybersecurity Program Manager role supports a large federal agency by driving project management and governance activities that reduce security risk and strengthen accreditation outcomes across a large-scale IT environment, including application/system retirements and compliance documentation updates. The resource will plan and execute multiple concurrent efforts, draft and maintain SOPs and runbooks, coordinate special projects, guide stakeholders through retirement/decommission workflows, and manage collaboration content using SharePoint sites (Team sites, documents, lists, and libraries). The role requires seasoned IT security expertise, hands-on project execution skills, and strong communication and planning to brief leaders and keep complex workstreams on track.
