Role Summary Nuuly is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the CX (Customer Experience) Rental team within Nuuly's Product & Technology organization. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Senior BSA will be the primary requirements author for a cross-functional delivery team of services engineers, front-end (web) developers, and iOS developers. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and QA to translate business needs and solution designs into detailed, implementable technical specifications and drive that work through sprint execution. This is a multi-disciplinary role that spans business systems analysis, technical specification authoring, QA coordination, and agile delivery facilitation.
