Job description

Purpose: The Intern Program Coordinator provides support to USRA’s Senior Program Manager, supporting assigned tasks or phase(s) of a project. Under direct supervision of the Senior Program Manager, this person is responsible for the following specific areas of project administration including but not limited to: program operations and scheduling, business requirements, data reporting, on-site support, and other operational duties needed. Position Summary: USRA is seeking an experienced Intern Program Coordinator for a full-time exempt position to support the Education Programs Office (EPO) located in Houston, TX and multiple Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) facilities located across the United States. The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities in administering project planning, tracking, logistics, and compliance for government-funded programs focused on promoting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines.
