Replacement for Pharmacist Brooke Holmes: Job Summary: This role will rotating days and evenings in the ED and on the inpatient units (Likely 25-30% of time in ED). In the Ed the pharmacist will be responsible for performing standard emergency medicine pharmacy activities including but not limited to, code response, RSI response, pharmacy-driven protocols, provider education (healthcare), drug distribution for EMS services, and medication reconciliation.
