How you will make contributions that matter We have an exciting opportunity for a Leading Hand to join our Sungold Team at our site in Allansford, where you will have the opportunity to provide frontline leadership to support safe, efficient and high‑quality production outcomes across a critical part of the plant. We are seeking a motivated, reliable and people‑focused leader who enjoys owning a shift, coaching teams in real time and ensuring work is completed to standard in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role operates on a Monday–Friday shift pattern including Day & Afternoon shifts, offering consistency while still providing exposure to a complex, high‑volume production operation.
