Description Marketing Intern Production Support | Graphics & Formatting | Entry-Level Execution Primary Purpose The Marketing Intern supports the team through production, formatting, and administrative marketing tasks , ensuring efficiency and consistency. Qualifications: - Working toward degree or recent graduate with degree in Marketing, Communications, or English/Writing - Strong attention to detail, especially in formatting and proofreading - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite The following is preferred but not required: Core Responsibilities Proposal & Marketing Production - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) - Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) - Working knowledge of CRM (Client Relation Management) platforms and email marketing tools - Format proposals, resumes, and project sheets - Apply brand standards and ensure visual consistency - Prepare graphics, charts, and simple layouts - Assemble final proposal files (PDFs, printing if needed) Content Support: - Update resumes and project information as directed - Proofread for grammar, formatting, and consistency - Assist with...
