Process Design Engineer PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating, through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are a growing organization seeking a talented Process Design Engineer to join our team as a pivotal member here at PBF Energy. This role is located at Chalmette Refinery in Chalmette, LA. JOB SUMMARY: The experienced Process Design Engineer (PDE) provides process engineering design and project support for multidisciplinary projects across all units within the refinery, managing project concepts from inception to capital funding approval and through commissioning. This role involves the development, analysis, optimization, and implementation of refinery processes and systems. As a member of the Process Engineering Team, the PDE supports the Capital Projects group in developing and guiding process and project design. Additionally, this role will support unit troubleshooting, identifying and implementing process improvements, supporting site safety and environmental groups, and may assume additional process engineering responsibilities as needed.
