Job Description: Salary: £33,000 per annum: Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 Key Duties of a Sub Contract Planner: - Plan and allocate set lanes to hauliers. - Rate jobs on GTS and ensure haulier costs are correct. - Advertise work on TWS system. - Arrange live loads for hauliers. - Complete jobs on GTS to allow for Stobart invoicing. - Subbed volumes. - Implement subcontract strategy based on forecasted volumes. - Manage haulier issues and communicate these to Stobart departments such as CS, central and planning. - Update hauliers documents to ensure 100% legal compliance. - Report POD discrepancies and returns that may arise to reduce the company’s liability of losses. - Take on additional work from 3 rd party hauliers to reduce empty running on Stobart Fleet. - Support Central Team as requir...
