Position Overview Vallejo Hyundai is seeking a high-performing Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for maximizing profitability in the finance department while delivering a transparent, compliant, and customer-focused experience. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly ethical, and skilled at structuring deals, presenting products, and working collaboratively with sales and management teams. Key Responsibilities: - Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance, etc.) - Structure deals in compliance with state and federal regulations - Maintain strong lender relationships and secure competitive approvals - Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner - Achieve and exceed F&I performance metrics (PVR, product penetration, compliance) - Provide a transparent and professional experience to every customer - Work closely with sales managers to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction - Stay current on all compliance requirements, including DMV, CFPB, and lender guidelines Qualifications: - Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a franchise dealersh...
