DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise, evaluate, and direct frontline supervisors as well as production employees on the shift in performing operations according to policies, procedures, and product specifications. Stimulate and maximize the safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity of production employees. Ability to communicate with USDA inspectors. Monitor and implement the department's goals. Ensure proper training of employees and supervisors. Expertise in the Harvest floor, offal, variety of by-products, and feet areas as well as government statutes, laws and regulations, and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
