Job Description The Opportunity: It takes a special person to be a Home Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their home and enhance their wellbeing. We are looking for just that person to join the Silverchain team in the Gold Coast North area (Coomera, Pacific Pines and surrounding suburbs).
