Our Dunkin' in the Cicero area is hiring an experienced Shift Manager. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience as a shift manager leading a team of 5 or more and either has an Illinois Health and Sanitation Manager License (ServSafe Certified) or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of being hired (paid for by the company). We are looking to grow and develop all Shift Managers hired into potential Store Managers as we are expanding! Franchise Organization: Chicagoland Commissary, LLC: Reports To: Restaurant Manager: Overview: Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
