About the Role The Project Delivery Director (PDD) is responsible for delivering complex, multi-regional or global projects as an individual contributor. It is anticipated that the PDD will require only minimal oversight from their nominated Portfolio Director or PM TA Head. The PDD will not ordinarily have line management reports but will be expected to coach and encourage project team members to execute high quality deliverables to agreed plan, finances and quality standards. This will secure phase pull-through/repeat/future business. Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans for complex, multi-regional/global phase IIb/III studies, ensuring alignment with both Client and Novotech’ s organizational goals and objectives Accountable for project revenue forecasts and ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with Novotech revenue recognition conventions. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of project Change Logs and Change Orders (COs) for the projects they’re assigned to. Lead CO negotiations with Client.
