Hydro Aluminium Metal is a leading supplier of extrusion ingots, sheet ingots, foundry alloys, wire rods, and high-purity aluminium, with a global production network of around 7,000 employees. With primary metal production facilities in Europe, Canada, Australia, Brazil, and Qatar, and recycling facilities throughout Europe and the U.S., two-thirds of our primary aluminium production is based on renewable energy. Job Summary: The Finance Director will serve in several roles, supporting the overall Recycling performance and strategy implementation in close cooperation with VP Recycling North America, being a key resource for VP Finance & Strategy in BU Recycling to provide support for financial reporting and performance monitoring on Recycling activities in North America, as well as driving improvement of the finance function in Recycling North America together with the Finance Managers at the plants. The Finance Director will serve as Board member and Treasurer for several legal entities in Canada, USA and Mexico which come with broad financial and reporting obligations, including treasury and cash management for the entities.
