The Director of Marketing and Recruitment leads the marketing and physician recruitment strategy for the OCR Enterprise, driving patient growth, physician recruitment, brand positioning, and community engagement across a multi-site and vertically integrated orthopedic organization. Partners with executive leadership and physicians to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals, service line growth, and long-term market expansion. Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Director of Marketing and Recruitment will establish the written objectives for the marketing department.
